What brands do you buy/sell?

We seek primarily, but are not limited to the following brands:

Jordan Brand, Nike, Nike SB, Yeezy, New Balance, Supreme, Off-White, Various Collaborations

 

Do you buy sneakers?

We are always buying!  However, please keep in mind that we do not buy at the prices you see on StockX, Goat, and other apps.  We are a small business, and need to make specific profit margins in order to continue to do business and provide the competitive prices that we currently have.  We highly encourage you to have provide the following if looking to sell your shoes:

•Asking Price

•Description of the sneakers (condition, what the come with, size, any flaws)

•Multiple pictures accurately displaying the condition of the shoes

•Bonus: Receipts or legit-checks

When buying, please expect to ship your shoes to us before any payment is received.  We must authenticate your sneakers and make sure that everything lines up with the images and description that you provided.  If we have done business before or you are a returning customer/seller, we can use Paypal Goods/Services or Paypal Invoice to conduct a payment before shipment.

*Please note that we provide consignment services! You will have a better chance at making more money through consignment rather than selling directly to us!

 

Are prices negotiable?

Most prices on items are slightly negotiable.  We strive to hold our items at the best prices in the market, so please be respectful when considering making an offer.  If you want to place an offer, please send us an email (theworkssf@gmail.com), or DM us on Instagram (@theworkssf)

 

Do you accept trades?

Trades are accepted, but please keep in mind that we do not "ship first".  This ensures that we are able to authenticate and clarify that the incoming products have been described correctly. We will do our best to be respectful of your personal values on your products.  

Please also keep in mind that we may ask for over the value that what our product is listed at.  Although, we strive to keep the most competitive prices on the market, the trade must be profitable for the business in some way, shape or form.

How can I find out about new releases or drops?

To get first access to new posts on the site, follow us on our Instagram @theworkssf and turn on post notifications.

You can also sign up for our E-mail list! 

•We are currently figuring out a way to incorporate new release/drops into a blog-style form on out site!!

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer international shipping.  Please keep in mind that extra fees may apply to your order, and duties and customs must also be accounted for.

 

How do I know if the sneakers I want are authentic?

We have been involved in the sneaker game/culture for over 10 years.  Complimentary to years of experience reviewing and buying/selling sneakers, we go through rigorous authentication processes to make sure all items sold on our website are authentic.  

Additionally, with new advances in sneaker-related software we can also provide authentication via apps like CheckCheck and LegitApp.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please do due diligence and read product descriptions before purchasing items through our store.  We will do our utmost best to answer any questions you may have on out listings!  We highly encourage you to try sizing in a store or with a friend if you are unsure about sizing.

 

Do you offer preorders for upcoming releases?

At the moment, we do not offer preorders.  

 

How often do you restock inventory?

We try and upload new products daily.  The best way to stay in touch with new posts is by following us on instagram! However, feel free to browse the site every once in a while because you may catch a drop before we actually notify our followers!

 

Do you have a physical store where I can see the sneakers in person?

Currently, we do not have a physical shop where our products can be seen in person.  We encourage all customers to check out local retailers and consignments if they would like to see products in-hand.  We try and provide the best images possible to determine color, condition, and the look of the products we list.  We are always open to providing more images and even videos if requested.
